The Lake Charles Main Office is open from 8:00 am to
12:00noon and 1:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday except for major holidays.
This office is also open for urgent care on Saturday mornings at 8:00 am and
Sunday mornings and most holidays at 9:00 am. An additional fee is
collected at the time of service for weekend and holiday urgent care visits.

Kid Med Office

The Kid Med office provides preventative health care for Medicaid
recipients. Services provided include well child health care,
immunizations, hearing and vision screening, Denver Development Screening,
dental referrals and lab work.
Kid Med is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, 1:00 to 5:00
pm.
New patients must call Baton Rouge Kid Med at 1-800-259-4444 to link to the
Children's Clinic Kid Med before an appointment can be made.
At present, new patients are limited to newborns until further notice.
