Kid Med Office

The Kid Med office provides preventative health care for Medicaid recipients. New patients must call Baton Rouge Kid Med at 1-800-259-4444 to link to the Children's Clinic Kid Med before an appointment can be made. At present, new patients are limited to newborns until further notice. Appointments can be made during regular office hours by calling 337-474-7974. Directions: From the intersection of Nelson Road and McNeese Street, go south on Nelson Rd. for 2.5 miles. Turn left on Gauthier Rd. and immediately into the driveway of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Follow the drive past the main entrance of the hospital. Our office will be at the end of the main parking lot. |
